Thats the way I am lonley catus in the sand

Not enough water to make a fruit, but I can conserve and stay green
Birds dont sing for me but company is royal and stays with me ant queen

I need not fear flood in rainy season
But sand dunes shift fast for unknown reason

I may not be too big to give shade to all
But small creatures hide in my shade till fall

People dont come near me as i give them prick
seldom do they realise from with in i hold milk

I may not have branches which are far an wide
But enough for small prey who wants to hide

No one sits with me and gives his prophecy
But strangers eat my flower and what they get is ecstacy

Thats the way I am lonely cactus in the sand.
