I cannot move,
When you are not near.
I am just a lifeless doll,
Forever your puppet.
The strings that hold me up,
Seep into my body.
I devoured them,
For they are a part of me.
I can only dance,
When you say.
I can only weep,
When you say.
I am only to you,
A puppet you control.
I am just something,
That you can use.
To you,
I am disposable.
You know everything I feel,
For I am as clear,
As an open book.
You can us my feelings,
But you never do.
You don’t treat me like a puppet,
So this puppet has no master.
I just lay there motionless,
Hoping you will pick up the string.
Every time you get close to me,
You are thrown off course.
I try to get closer to you,
But I can only lay there motionless.
Every time you push my way,
My body flies the other way.
To this day,
I can hear your calls.
You are my strength,
The master whom I love.
You are the wind,
That gives me waves.
I am the water,
Who fell for the wind.

The unity of form and content is what distinguishes poetry from other areas of creativity. However, this is precisely what titanic work implies.
