The Winter Snow

Snowflakes fall like splashing milk
They fall making a silent rhythm
Twinkling and tinkling in the blue

The Monster

I hear the screeching of the door.I look behind me and hear the clacking of metal against the floor.I run and whoosh right through the door.I walk into a big dark room.The wooden floor creeks as I walk by.Then there is a click and a flash of light.The last thing I hear is the boom of head as it hits the floor.

As I wake up I hear the hard breathing of the beast. 'I will make a feast out of you' He murmurs to himself. Then there is a loud thud as we stop. He opens the door still dragging me with him. The room is dark,but I see something! Their red eyes glow in the dark and I hear them whispering.

I pretend that I don't know,I pretend that I'm still asleep. They stop whispering they're laughing now. Ha ha ha,their laugh echoes through the room. Boom,boom is the beat their feet make as they walk.They come closer, and closer then...

What Is Poetry?

Parallel to songs but without a human voice to sing it
Once in a while even the meanest person will read them
Even poems can be turned into skits
They can make you laugh even in the worst moments
