I raise my head,
I command myself.
I move my hands
and see that I have strength.
I open my eyes,
I see a world filled with miracles.
I take a step,
and become a miracle among them

It is normal
Stressful event in life

A long term of depression

Having the illness during sadness

But you belong and special
You were meant it be different
To everybody else
This is normal

(Depression and feeling left out is life and no one should judge on how you have suddenly changed. It's okay to show emotions to everyone no one was meant to be the same and no matter what everything you do is completely normal since people do the same as you)

Super

I may not be a superman
I may not be strong or fast
I may not have powers or senses
I am not that kind of hero
I am not that kind of guy
But believe me I will save you
Just let me try

Dreaming Earth

On butterfly wings
Our dreams will soar
Our sorrows fad always
Their beauty always shines

Rich Life

Making me think of lightning in skies
How is there else my lord meant to write
That dance makes me fantasies
That life is a spaceship I want to ride
They love it
I can see it in their eyes
And hope it would last forever

Skill and development
That is enhanced by good support
But not only self but coach
Fellow players respond with feedback
Of how we some how develop
The oppurtunity of skills
To be gained or increase
Is like sport
But also with life and health

(Sport has a purpose, you have a coach to guide you and players to help in life and will lose if you make a mistake. Solving the problems will give yourself respect and strength to over come the stressful moments and to go on by yourself. Sport is an example of Life.)

We Exist

A saint, I am not.
A hero, I am not.
A genius, I am not.
Me and so many others.
But we are who we are.
We're the pillars of our world.
What is a saint,
with noone to salve?
What is a hero,
with noone to save?
What is a genius,
with noone to recognise him?
We need and are needed.
We exist.
