Enemies Advance

Always watching us,
I hear them breathing,
Let them guess,
As they start seething,

Enemies advance,
The war will begin,
Lively – like dance,
But who will win?

I'm not there, I'm over here,
With bloody blades they hear my call,
Come hither I warn, motive unclear,
Soon weapons will clash and bodies will fall,

Enemies advance,
To war we will go,
This is your last chance,
Become friend or stay foe,

Fear invokes the battle,
Fighting for our lives,
Becoming slaughtered like cattle,
Willing to survive,

Enemies advance,
In this war we will die,
Get into your stance,
Reluctant to cry,

The clash of swords, the sound of pain,
Defences destroyed at the beginning of the game,
So let their deaths not be in vain,
As the survivors will be turned insane,

Enemies advance,
Let death wrap your soul,
Fall into the trance,
Let your body take control,

As the number of bodies starts to rise,
We know who will win this battle,
Its just a victory – there will be no prize,
But letting no-one alive tattle,

Enemies advance,
What's left of you will be slain,
Destroying your chance,
Letting your death be in vain.
