Shouldn't Feel Like This

Next shall you ask me,
To rip out my heart,
To tear out my hair,
Or kill myself at the spot?
How can I say how angry I feel,
How hot tears run down my cheeks,
How much I don't understand.

I know you must be right in some way,
And that, that is why I obeyed,
But I still can't believe you told me,
To do such a thing,
And I didn't know how much it would hurt,
How sad and angry I feel,
How I feel ripped apart.

Why does doing the right thing,
Make me feel so bad,
Make me cry, make me scream,
I want to kill the whole world,
I want to burn this stupid town,
How can I feel this way,
I shouldn't feel like this.

I'm killing myself in anger,
I'm drowning in my grief,
I need to stop and move on,
I do, I really do,
How can I stop myself,
How can I make it better,
But, then, maybe...I can't...
