I'd never once thought
I'd have to say good-bye
I thought I'd finally
Stopped running away
But the day has come
Where fate has finally won
And everything is done
So now I run away
And away is where I stay
I guess I'm trying to say
That this is me leaving
It is all for the best
I leave no note lest
You decide to follow me
My heart is shattered to pieces
It will never be the same
I leave you this poem
I leave it in your home
Life is like a comb
After a while
It seems versatile
Nothing will change that
So I say Goo-bye for the last time
Ignorance is bliss
It's usually a hit and miss
But when you have it
You'll be glad it
Is protecting your heart
Why is the world so dark?
Why are people such sharks?
I feel the burn across my face
A bloody metallic taste
I lift my hands to no avail
Lack of blood has made me pale
Dark and red I watch it flow
As I watch a very dim glow

The unity of form and content is what distinguishes poetry from other areas of creativity. However, this is precisely what titanic work implies.
