The Enemy I Didn't See

All my life,
As short as it was,
I endured the strife,

Your unseen hands,
Pushing me down the wrong road,
Burying me in the angry sands,

I never saw,
As I followed you blindly,
You were anger - true and raw,

I'm not alive today,
I am but this shell,
That lost its lonely way,
On that cold night in may,

I miss being happy,
Smiling with my friends,
I don't want this life where I'm so un-happy,

So I will go on,
I will wait till you tire,
I will make my move no longer being your pawn,

I will win this war,
Because my future depends,
Once I am free my heart will soar,

And as you will see I shall be free,
One day soon I will be free,
Of this dreaded enemy,
The enemy I didn't see....


Through my eyes

Through my eyes,
nothings the same,
everything is darker,
it all seems so lame,

Through my eyes,
the insane is sane,
with reality turned upside down,
I live in constant pain,

Through my eyes,
love isn't real,
there is only this sadness,
I always feel.


Fly no more

Dark angel,
you fell from the sky,
so sad as you plumeted,
toward the cold hard ground,
I wish you luck,
in taking flight again,
goodbye for now,
I say to you,
goodbye until you you fly no more.


Blanket Of Darkness

A blanket of darkness,
hides me from the light,
its golden yellow rays,
that interupt the night,

My blanket of darkness,
it keeps me sake from life,
I could hide here forever,
just me and my knife,

This blanket of darkness,
that covers my scars so well,
while I sit in the agony,
of my own personal hell,

That blanket of darkness,
how it loves me so,
yet everytime I turn around,
it makes my pain flow,

A blanket of darkness,
so close to my soul,
it saves me from my pain,
but it leaves in me a hole.


The Lost Love
I loved you...you didn't notice,
I lived for you...you never knew,
I gave up everything...you don't care,
I missed you...you only walk away,
I loved you and only you...you couldn't have cared less.


I will never love again...you turn away still,
I walked away so you could love...you didn't notice this either,
I cried all night so sad and alone...you just kept on walking not looking back,
I will never trust again...you smile and nod not understanding,
I give up on our love...you say its best that way.


You died alone driving home...I cried at the funeral,
You were my everything...I was your nothing,
You never knew...I still loved you
You'll never know...I died tonight
You'll never know my secret...I died for our lost love.
