But he treated me like shit

And left me in a bottomless pit
He did this because he knew me as a stranger
But I really was a shadow in the dark
He told me he was in danger
So he used me in stead of making our love spark
Now I sit here and see his beautiful eyes
But really I'm just going insane
He put me through bullshit and lies
And that horrible pain
But this is what love can do to you
It puts you through life's dangers
Yeah I thought he was in love with me too
But i guess we were just always strangers
