they make your childhood feel just right.

your mates they disappear into the night,
you sit down and you cry for what seems hours.
they don't care its you that has no powers.

5 months later,
they want to make you their friend,
you know they are going to use you,
but you are really desperate.
so you agree just like the first time.

wait! it seems different,
they seem nice,
you are besties once again.
until they escape into the night.

now age 12,
its starting all over agin,
a new school to go to,
new people to meet,
who will they be?
will they be nice?

the answer is NO!
especially not to me,
they call me they kick me,
they spread rumors too,
all of these flaws about me once i did not know,
now i see i'm the one to blame.

you look around the class.
you have a great shock,
those people who once where you're 'mates'
really was NOT.

the girls on the front desk all chatting and smiling,
once wore trousers and sniggered at boys.
now when you look their skirts look like belts,
they can't help but flirt.
instead of sniggering at the boys, they turn to you and make fun of your flaws.

you go home,
look in the mirror,
think what a disgrace,
its the reason they laugh in the first place.

now you cut and you cut until you draw blood,
the pain it supplies,
leaves you feeling so good,
you have acomplished the dream,
the dream of getting gone of your fears,
the people who make fun of you,
are meant to be peers.

you look at the blood,
all the pain they've given you is pouring right out.
you don't cry anymore there's no point

but now its becoming something such as a hobby,
they make you cry more,
walking down the lobby,
they see your depressed and yet they can't help it,
making your life a LIVING HELL!!

see the girl in the corner,
sitting all alone,
doesn't have confidence.no.not at all,
doesn't have many friends and everyone laughs.
yeah well thats who i'm talking about.
she does have a bath,
she used to laugh,
wore bright clothes,
and had confidence.

yet you made her to what she is today.
that's me.
