Morning of Change
Stars twinkling with happiness,
And the winds carry it on
Through my window,
Gently touching my skin.
Mister Moon shines above
With powerful magnificence;
Just like the thoughts entering my mind;
Frightening and yet comforting.
"Change" I think.
Change-
The most terrifying process of all;
"When morning comes
I'll be different".
Yes, that is what I think.
That is what I feel.
"I'll be just like Mister Moon"-
Changing every day,
And still be the same.
A Little Smile
If you only hoped and dreamed,
And now you realize,
That life is not like it seemed.
You are afraid,
Everything is changing,
And you'll never find your way.
Believe in who you are,
And have faith in what you do.
Just a little smile from my face to yours
Is all I want.
Don't let the night bring you down,
Just let your love shine through,
With a little smile.
If you are strong
You can make it last forever and ever.
A little smile.
Angels
Let me fly,
Holding your hand,
Lift me up high,
Make me understand.
Let me touch the sky,
Show me your wings;
Innocence of life,
And all the joy it brings.
Lift me up slowly,
Don't let me down.
Hold me up boldly,
In a pretty white gown.
Let me fly,
Touch the moon,
Faith is mine,
I'll be home soon.
Let me touch
The sun and the stars,
It means so much,
You've come from afar.
Music and joy,
Light and glitter,
For girl and boy,
Vanished is the bitter.
Harps and violins,
Cello and trumpet,
Playing the mandolins,
Sadness; dump it!
This is you
This is you,
The way you talk to me,
This is you,
The way you put your arms around me,
The way you take away my tears,
The pain seems to die forever.
This is you,
The way you make me laugh.
This is you,
The way you give me strength to hope.
This is you,
The way you look at me,
With a soul,
As deep as a sea.
You make me laugh but also cry,
Anyways, you mean the world to me.
Respect you
With all your faults.
No one will ever tear us apart.
No more tears,
When I'm by your side;
Your heart is great,
And full of gratitude for life.
This is you.
I know,
You will be there for me,
I can trust in you,
Because this is you.
Lovely Stranger
The night I saw you on the street,
You looked right in my eyes.
This magic couldn't keep me on my feet,
I flew to 7 skies.
Lovely stranger,
Lovely stranger,
Please tell me your name before you leave.
The first time I talked to you,
You looked right in my eyes;
Your voice was so beautifully new,
A trip to paradise.
Lovely stranger,
Lovely stranger,
Please tell me your name before you leave.
Then I touched your hand,
And I did understand,
How you felt inside, what you saw.
You turned to me and said good-bye;
You looked into my eyes,
Then you turned around and walked away,
Away to 7 skies.
Lovely stranger,
Lovely stranger,
Please tell me your name before you leave!
The next day I waited on my door,
I hoped you would pass by.
Strangers walked down the street,
But none looked in my eye.
Now I sit here all alone,
Still waiting for your call.
Wish I had never let you go,
I lost you once and for all.
Lovely stranger,
Lovely stranger,
Please come back to me and tell your name!
It's Just a Dream
Breathtaking heartbeat
When I'm near you,
Overwhelming emotions
Spread over my soul.
Oh, how I wish
To say these words!
Three of them,
To get me out.
Prisoner of a love,
That is so wrong;
Dreamer of a life,
That's so untrue.
Dreams are magic,
And magic happens,
But not with me,
'Cause it's just a dream.
Breathtaking heartbeat
When I see you;
Overwhelming emotions
Running round in my head.
But who am I fooling?
Oh, it is so wrong!
I shouldn't have started
To let this occur.
Yes, dreams are magic,
Magic happens sometimes,
But not now and here,
'Cause it's just a dream.
One last song
The night is calling,
The moon is shining bright,
She's sitting in the corner,
Fighting an awful fight.
A melody so lovely,
And yet so terribly sad;
Thoughts of a past life,
Running round in her head.
She's looking around,
Singing her song,
Wondering if there's a place,
Where she does belong.
The tune is growing dark;
Her feelings uncontrolled,
Looking for a soul,
She once has sold.
Only one last song
She sings alone;
Ending a life
That will never be grown.
Unwanted Day
I had the feeling that you had to go,
But deep down inside I knew I'd miss you so.
You said goodbye, I said it, too,
And then I walked out without you.
I walked down the hall, passing rooms,
In which people again started to bloom.
The air was heavy, my thoughts were sad,
What if I saw you the last time in this bed?
My mind started turning, but I tried to ignore,
Tried to hope it would be as it was before.
I walked through that door that built up a wall,
So dismal, so dark, so sad and so tall.
We spent the days living apart,
Didn't know it would be a terrible start.
I arrived at home, getting ready for bed,
Not knowing the next day would be so bad.
Say Goodbye
I just wanted to say goodbye;
Take my hands up to the sky.
Why did you have to leave us so?
Why did you have to go?
It all went too fast;
Too fast it became past,
My second soul'll be missing,
These breakable hands I'll be missing.
We went through thick and thin,
Good old days have been,
It may have been salvation for you,
But still don't understand,
Still don't have a clue.
Hope you found a place of piece.
I close my eyes and it's your smile I see,
It's your voice that keeps me alive,
Wish you still could be here at my side.
Today I sit and write this for you,
Still thinking of you, dreaming, too;
Forever and ever you will be in my heart,
Though life has torn us apart,
Memories and dreams have not.
Air Mail
Send me your love,
Over water, over bridges;
Send me a hug
As great as a rainbow.
Send me a smile,
Over clouds, through the spheres;
Send me laughter
I heard when I was there.
I'll write a letter
With ink and feather,
I'll put in a hug,
Love,
Smiles,
And laughter.
Hope
Give me hope,
So I can live!
Give me hope,
So I can dream!
Give me hope,
So I can see!
Give me hope,
To find the stream!
Give me hope,
So I can feel!
Give me hope,
So I can touch!
Give me hope,
So I can fly!
Give me hope,
It means so much!
Give me hope
To see the truth!
Give me hope
To ignore the lies!
Give me hope
To find a star!
Give me hope
To reach the sky!
Give me hope
To live my dream,
To see the stream.
Give me hope
To feel and touch;
It means so much.
May You Have a Pleasant Birthday
Today's the day of yours;
A new year of life,
New experiences,
Everything starts from the beginning.
You laugh,
And joy will open your heart
Again.
You cry,
And all those tears have to find their way
Again.
You walk,
In those washed out footprints
Again.
You look,
And you find what you once saw
Again.
You touch,
And your hands seem more familiar
Again.
You feel,
But you want to feel free
Again.
I tell you that-
But oh! - I see,
You are not here,
I forgot that you said farewell;
Still I say
These words to you,
May you have a pleasant birthday
Please come back to me
After all that we've been through,
After all the things we used to do,
I will never let you go, my love.
I still remember your touch;
Everything else didn't mean much,
All the letters you wrote,
It's been so long ago.
Please come back to me!
These two hearts belong together,
It's forever you and me.
It's forever and ever.
Please, I need you so!
Should've never let you go,
It's meant to be,
It's forever you and me.
Your love so precious and great;
Nothing can keep me away,
Nothing else compares,
I know you're out there somewhere.
My Road to You
Once I was lost,
In a forest of despair,
And hatred and pain,.
Fears and sorrows
A way out
Seemed so far;
Real life was a pain,
Not real to me.
All the people
Judging my ways;
Guided me to
A world I've dreamed of.
In this world
Lived some one;
Some one I could trust,
Some one who cared.
I never wanted
To leave this place again,
Never wanted,
To feel pressure again.
Today I am still
Living in that world,
But my life
Has changed.
All the bad things
Turned into good;
All the tears
Turned into joy.
This some one
Helped me to see
All the happiness
I did not see.
A special some one
Is my helping hand;
This special some one
Is you, my friend.
Wonderland
Once I walked through the streets,
Where children played without any care.
I saw a little boy,
Who looked up to the sky with all his hope.
I turned to him,
And I looked up;
The clouds were on their way.
Then the little boy said,
"Give me your hand,
Now I'll lead you
To the great wonderland."
"Here's no war,
No weapons either;
Everyone knows everyone,
And looks into his face"
What I saw
Must have been a miracle;
The streets filled with hope,
Houses filled with love.
Adults acted like little;
Didn't know sorrow,
Played in the streets,
Didn't wait for tomorrow.
Today I walked the street,
Where the little boy lent me his hand,
And I remember what he said;
Remembered the great wonderland.
Children
Their innocence catches a dream,
Too true to be seen,
Floating with the stream.
Laughter and smiles so sure,
Darkness's just seen in a blur,
Happiness covered in fur.
These hands, tiny and breakable,
It's just unbelievable!
Later gone and unprotectable.
Motion, unsure where to go,
Grown up and they'll know,
Dear Lord, why is that so?
After all I've been a child, too,
And you've been, too,
No longer a child, just like you,
I wonder what the future will bring;
Will they be able to break the vicious ring?
Will they still be able to sing?
Why Is That So?
Mommy,
I see clouds up
