This book contains a variety of sad poems written by a young eloquent poet. Reading these poems exposes the reader to a variety of subjects and experiences. The poet expresses his feelings through the different poems thus communicating with the reader's mind and emotions. The poems create an atmosphere that is perfect for imagination and others may relate with the poet's writing.
We all experience situations that make us sad and how we deal with it differs with each person. Some people talk it out while others bottle it up for a long time if not forever. The poet brings to light the untold stories buried with invisible tears unshed.
Poetry, with a Sci-Fi flare! I write poetry in a primal-rage. For me a poem is about unlocking my inner core, in the moment of what the Old Celts deemed ríastrad – the warp-spasm. For me, this is when I'm at my rawest, and therefore truest self. What you shall read on these pages is meant to be rough, frayed a bit at the edges. Please enjoy. Rodney C. Johnson April 17, 2011
