IT ALL STARTED ON A RAINY DAY WHILE DAN WAS LOOKING AT HIS SISTER TWIRLING HER SKIRT.She was showing her skirt to her parents.Dan watched her,the pink fabric was beautiful.The way it danced with her,how it complemented his sister so well.
He really wanted to wear it and twirl in it.
It was a feeling he really couldn't describe(he was only 6,so he wouldn't be able to describe it anyways).Dan just felt the need to wear,to twirl in it,to just feel it.She was done,a smile creeping at her face.Dan's parents smiled,and told her "the skirt is so pretty!" and "I love it!"
"Can I wear it?"
The words rolled of Dan's tongue,and he wore a small smile.His hands were behind his back,as he was fiddling with his fingers.His family turned their heads to him in shock.
"You are a boy,not a girl!"
The words hit him right in the face
Literally.
Dan's mum had slapped him in the face.
"Listen here,you are to never say that ever in my house—alright Daniel?!"Dan slowly nodded,scared.She huffed and warded off Dan's sister to her room.
"We have business to talk about Dan"
