Chapter Two

ONE HOUR LATER

Have you ever imagined a classroom filled with people staring at you and it almostseems like they see you naked. Yeah, this is one of those moments. I just walked into a classroom I was just 20 minutes ago told I had to teach, I mean come on. Do I look qualified to teach my own peers how to creatively write? I don't think I do. I'm wearing black, faded skinny-jeans, combat boots, a black tank top, I have black eye-liner to outline my eyes and my hair in a messy bun - making my pentagram tattoo visible. I looked like a struggling artist, but not struggling enough that I don't eat, but enough that I do eat. I mean the tattoo wasn't enough to faze them, I mean I know I'm practically the reason the school is still here, but teaching... Shame on them.

So there are people staring at me, well the boys looked at me like a was the last thing on this earth left to eat, so in other words, they be thirsty. Anywho, yeah they're staring at me. I took a deep breath and glared at them, before walking up to the board. I then procided to write my name Hex Ravencrow, in the best script I could. I turned around and stared at them, waiting.

One guy looked at me like I was insane, he looked like a surfer and  spoke with an australian accent. "Mate, you do realize that we have the toughest teacher right? If he finds out you wrote on the board he's going to flip."

I raised in eye-brow, then it hit me. "So that's why he died of a heart attack?! He's coldhearted!" Then more to myself, I mummbled "explains so much." I shook my head. They all looked at me like I was nuts, except two people. They sat in the back, they looked towards me with a gleam of a shared secret. Um, okay. I'll check their minds in a few. "I'm new teacher. Call me by my name, call me Miss RavenCrow I might blow a casket. I'm going to put on music and I want you to write a story that reflects the music." I looked at a blonde a girl, I nodded at her, "What's your name annd what album do you want to write about?"

Her eyes went wide and she looked like a deer caught in headlights. "Um, uh... My name is Sarah. The album Goodbye Lullaby, Avril Lavigne."

I nodded my approval. "Nice choice." I walked over to the Mac computer in the front corner and realized the speakers they had here, aren't going to do. I took my phone out my pocket and dailed Xavier's number. As soon as he picked up I said, "How much do you love me?" He answered enough to do whatever I wanted him to, and 10 minutes later, he walked in with two bluetooth speakers and my iPad. "You rock!" He nodded, then put the stuff on the front desk and walked out. Typical Xavier the butler. I started the album and put it on loop.

Since I was using my phone for the music, I took my headphones and my iPad and started to watch a movie on Netflix, my choice being Silent House. Then about a few minutes into the movie, I looked up from the iPad and saw them all writing. That's when a thought popped into my head, "You guys are going to hand this in by the end of the period." The boys groaned. I chuckled at that.

                        **********************************

The rest of the day involved me doing absolutely nothing except finding my dorm, making it feel like home and laying on my bed. After watching another episode of Tosh.0, I decided that it was time for me to take a look at the papers I made the kids in my creative writing class write. I took the pile from my desk and took a look at them.

One student rewrote every song lyric into words of her own or at least what she thought it meant. Another student wrote a story about a girl who meet someone who takes her pain away. A guy student wrote about a himself and how he would like to be accepted into society but doesn't really want to. Every paper was different. Then there where two papers I haven't checked yet.

"The girl who doesn't know her other gift

Will learn when her power turns and shifts

But will she be able to learn its name or

Will she be told before her time ends."

Okay, thats not creepy...The next one reads:

    "She knows who she is,

But does she know what she is?

Will she realized she doesn't fit,

In a world where she shouldn't exist?

    WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE

    BUT WE DON'T CARE."

That one was a little more creepier then the first, I've got to admit. This reminds me, I forgot to read those guys is minds. Damn, me.
