Another long day at work. Boring, too. Why couldn't he just do the things he loved? Stroking the key's, pouring his soul into the melody, the rush of glory as he finishes his piece with grace... No one recognizes him as the piano player. His wife did, before she passed. Now he is just him.
He arrives home and an excitement fills him. He throws off his coat and shoes with haste and reaches...the piano. He sits down on the cushiony bench and touches a single key. Magic fills the room. His hungry fingers lick the keys and a beautiful sound fills the room. Just a taste at first, his finger's get the full flavor.
The piano squeal's her loving music as his finger's touch her. She is eager for more, her virginity long gone. The piano player take's her as she give's. The song end's and the player feel's at ease again.
The Piano Player cleans his beauty and sit's at the bench for a long time. A tear fell from the old man's eyes, wishing to be able to play all day instead of office work. Key's on a keyboard where nothing like the sweet black and white key's of the melodious piano.
On yet another lonely day, the piano payer's daughter visits him. He plays her a piece and she drinks in the music. A warmth grows in him, his dauhter smiles. A few days later, the piano player passed. His obituary said:
"On October 7th, 2010, Joe Bean passed away. Born on November 4th, Mr. Bean was about to turn 101. His wife and daughter called him 'The Piano Player.' His grand black piano will go to his daughter. May he rest in peace."
The Piano Player had finally earned his recognition.
