As the great Isa sat down in the front of the small plane beside the pilot she glanced out her window looking at the lush green treetops nearly one thousand feet below. Today Isa made her greatest journey yet, the African Rainforest of Cameroon. Sure all her other journeys had been great but this one was sure to top them all. Isa could remember once when it had been so frigid in the Antarctic that her fingers had grown to be a purplish blue kind of color and she developed red white and yellow patches of frozen skin that began to itch while her hands grew numb.
Isa began to make her way to the back exit of the plane she turned around to grab her skydiving gear and out of the corner of her eye she could just get a glimpse of a pilot mirror with the words,” Isa quick run whatever you see is real but I need you to trust me." Shocked and scared she collapsed on the floor and sat there in the same spot for several minutes while thoughts compressed and agitated her as a wave of anxiety washed over her. When Isa finally got up she hurriedly spun around to the pilot as he asked her if she was ok quickly replying with a firm yes she took a step toward the pilot and said firmly with caution in her voice,” Are you trying to freak me out or something right before my greatest trip?"
The pilot curiously as if he didn't know what she was talking about replied, "What are you talking about?"
With that Isa began to yell,” Of course you know, the mirror you wrote all over!" As her mouth watered she longed for a drink anything to satisfy her thirst, Isa licked her lips and did what any other human does and she blinked. With the one blink of an eye two events happened one of them major one was ok. One: she was wearing skydiving gear, two: the pilot was gone. Isa was known to faint however Isa immediately knew fainting wasn't the answer to a situation like this and especially now.
The first thing that came to mind was to panic; panicking was something that just came naturally for probably all humans in general. Isa began to cry and cry all day long it seemed that the brief moments she had been pacing had lasted for hours.
Isa knew that her ride would be cut short due to no pilot manning the controls. After her panicking she sat at the controls and sobbed as she frantically flipped switches hopping to lower the elevation to land on a patch of trees in the forests. Obviously not being very successful an automated voice said, “Auto Pilot is now Disabled.”
Isa could feel a knot in her stomach swelling up as the plane plummeted in tailspin. Isa saw flashbacks of her mom saying, “it’s ok Isa” as she watched the most important person in the world slowly painfully die from lung cancer; her grandfather. Isa couldn’t stand the thought of dying like this without being able to say goodbye to her mom when just a week ago she promised to be back in a month.
Flashing back to the real world Isa had felt a sharp pain in her head and jut in her side. Opening her weak eyes she read on the wooden wall scribbled in black marker, “Peek-a-boo, Isa
”.
Flashing lights and men yelling out, “Your doing great babe” DollFace posed for the camera in ruby red lipstick and white dress that seemed identical to Marilyn Monroe’s. After the shoot was over the astonishing woman walked to her dressing room with one foot in front of the other, everyone in the room stared at her and stunned by her beauty.
DollFace hurriedly ran out the building wearing a long gray trench enormous sunglasses, nurse shoes, a long black wig, and a hat that covered her face. DollFace walked the streets of New York looking up at billboards with her face on them advertising for various things; makeup, peanut butter, clothing, cars, hair products.
When she finally reached a large white condo building she throw off the trench coat, sunglasses, wig, hat, only to reveal the beautiful pearl eyes that many loved. To reveal her perfect body that she modeled, her stunning blonde hair that was curled and drooped down her back, she wore the most precious pearls and diamonds that just touched her white dress that was covered in ruffles across the top.
People flooded in screaming, “DollFace! DollFace! Can I get your autograph?” DollFace tried to escape while she posed for the news crews. When she finally got to the elevator pushed the numbers, 1 and 5 to make the 15th floor. As the elevator roared an automated voice said, “DollFace you have hid your secret long enough it’s time, you should tell the world or I will.” Stunned with amazement DollFace frantically mashes buttons as her screams are never heard.
