Elizabeth and Ed are young twins living on a Pacific island in the future. One morning, they wake up in a dark room - alone. After going outside and getting separated, they have very different adventures, though they are interconnected in unimaginable ways.
The white tigress walked a little passed her lizard guide. There was a snap of thick string before the sound of switches click. Out of the trees at least long, wooden spears plunged. One was headed right for Kukka.
“Idiot!”
Visam shoved her out of the way. The sound of splitting flesh and tearing scales filled the air as she was flung against the ground.
“Visam!!!!!!!!!” Surudu was there, picking her up in second. Blood stained the ground crimson as the lizard choked in pain. Her eyes were clouded with agony.
“Kukka…is –”
“She’s fine.” Her companion told her. “She’s just fine.”
Juliet has vowed to never be like her parents, more importantly never having the love of books they do. After running away she finds herself hiding in a library of all places. What happens there will change Juliet for the rest of her life.

The bullies are more than just bullies, they don't just hurt, they torture. And they never stop torturing. People do anything to stay away from them, sometimes, when you get caught, you have a choice. It is rare, but it happens. The choice is either to die from torture, or join. Eladore is a girl who is just a weak as anybody else, but she believes that all this can stop. That is, until she gets caught...
