Dead Nobles is the story of Tam-o’-shanter, an unmarried police detective in Lower Manhattan. His investigative expertise is put to the test when a killer, a regular Jack the Ripper, begins butchering people caught up in the vortex of the city’s nightlife.
Although faced with stopping him at all cost, Tam, one of the city’s finest detectives and known to keep his ear to the ground, would soon find himself searching the bowels of the city, coming up short every time, while rigid bodies, bleeding drops of red, turns up repeatedly, evil sounding a barbaric yawp over the rooftops of the world.
A boy is missing, and Megan Laiken, the assistant to the D.A., is interested in Samuel Craxton, the boy's father. But he's married to his son's stepmother. As secrets unravel, Megan discovers that Sam is not who he says he is, and he may not even be the boy's father. The stepmother, Anne, is a news reporter more interested in unraveling murder and fraud cases than finding her stepson. Probably because she was involved in fraud herself. As more mysteries are discovered, and Megan's heart is broken, the ghost of the boy's mother wants help to find her son, and she chooses Megan as a target.
"Please don't do this, I'm begging you" Kieren pleaded,
"Sorry but I need to, I have to get this prick out of our lives"
Things were pretty normal for Kieren and Josh. They both loved each other more than anything in the world and they were truly happy together. That was until Tom came into the picture.
Tom wouldn't stop at anything to get the man of his dreams, Josh, back into his life. He would even go to the lengths of getting Kieren out of the picture... completely.
The barrier driving the couple apart proves to much for Josh to take and he feels as though he has to put a stop to Tom before his relationship with Kieren is ruined forever.
