Andy had never thought that life would take such a turn for her. She just wanted to be away from her parents. She devised the perfect plan for it....to go to college in a place where they would never go. But what happens when her plan backfires. Now she is stuck in a place she too never wants to be in and that too with her parents.
I am Yasmeen Arafat, a college student in the faculty of English arts. I am so fond of reading English novels and poems for the English legends: Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Hawthorne, Bronte, etc...
This is one of my short stories that belongs to the fantasy category, where there is always a prince and princess, but it's not stereotypical. The heroine is a poor young talented girl who adores playing violin, didn't believe in herself the same as her mother, until one day she believed in herself again and everything in her life changed to better.
Gray was a chill kind of guy.
He doesn't like challenges.
He doesn't like drama.
And he certainly doesn't like school. Especially boarding school.
'Who ever thought of merging home and school must have been a real nutcase.' This is a typical thought he would have.
But clearly, no one ever gets everything that they like.
Gray will have to:
rise to the challenge (of solving the mystery),
face the drama (of high school),
and deal with school (and his not-so-nice English Lit teacher).
Will he do it? Will he solve the long running mystery?
Yes.
Hell yes.
And he will look awesome doing it.
Or he will fall flat on his face?
Join Gray and his 'best friends' (Gray is not into labels) Naveed and Evan as they embark on a dangerous journey (not really, they are mostly in one location) to find the one thing that everyone covets:
The capital 'T' Truth.
Come and see how they do in, "The Mystery At Dorson All Boys Academy"
