When you look into your mirror,

that you cannot stand the sight of yourself,
that you have to avoid your own piercing eyes,
lest you see deep
into your dark prudish
soul.

When you look into my eyes,
I see:
that your sensual body is magnificent,
a responding shell to your open mind,
a perfectly functioning woman,
natural and sexy.
Alive.

I say,

and never grow weary
of looking at
you.
