When Peyton Hawthorne, Riley Lockwood, Piper Harrington, Tristina Rutherford, and Phoebe Esposito walked in the glass revolving doors, everyone stopped in their tracks to see Cali’s fabulous five. Also known as KY-BLU.
It seemed like some kind of Mean Girls movie as peoples’ jaw dropped with every flip of their hair. And how they would walk into a pole for every step KY-BLU took. It’s an incredible sight and nothing, and absolutely nothing could ruin this bond. "

The next day at break time Joseph took a small path out of the plantation into the nearby forest. The familiar forest sounds enveloped him – the singing of insect wings, the screeks and whistles of birds and the scuffling of leaves as a small mammal moved through the undergrowth"

Josh and his friends have joined ‘the community’. A group of special individuals who have adapted above humans in many different ways. After gaining new privileges, they go out into their new world and begin their life of gaining power and keeping to rules while they do it. This seems difficult however when Josh stumbles upon an unlucky human

Lyuba Russova is damaged goods. But then, so are most of the other Russian immigrants at Meadow Lane apartments.
The wind was cold. He gave up on keeping his hair from his eyes as he stood by the familiar, tall tree, the only one in the haunting field.
"Tom passed his maths test. It was the happiest I've seen my brother," he stated. "He wanted me to thank you for helping him with it. He was really grateful."
A smile passed on his lips as he remembered his brother jumping for joy, holding the test in front of Alex's face.
"Jane and Kyle finished their preparations. Still can't believe they're only a year older and are getting married." He chuckled, though it was half-hearted. "They were sad when I told them I wasn't going, though. I don't feel like going."
The boy glanced up, seeing green eyes, an amused expression, and black hair. His heart felt heavy as he shook his head. "You promised, you know. You said you wouldn't leave without a goodbye." He had to pause.
"The gun was there, but who pulled the trigger?" is a short story about love, tragedy, and how much decisions can change a person's life.
Gareth, a boy full of problems. His family's falling apart and with only one friend at school he tries to live life as smoothly as possible. But, what happens when he accidentally brings a knife to school?!
