For those wondering what this is, we over at Speculative Fiction Authors group started a game of sorts where we try to develop a story line by line.
It works like this, one person write a line of a story in a thread and the next person writes the next line of the story. You can write however you think the next line might go. We continued adding lines until we had this story, or until the weekend was over, whichever came first.
Victoria (Tori) hated being perfect and in a world where its required she was an outcast. Shipped off by her parents only made her hate them even more, but then she meets a guy and everything changes and she realizes they are made for each other and they both have powers P.S. the first two chapters are an overview of the world real story starts on chapter 3
'She is looking right at me, right into my eyes and she was so close to me that I literally could feel the warmth radiating off of her.
“We shall see about that” she says grinning. She takes one step forward and I take one step back, that’s what they do before they strike, she takes another step forward and I take another one back, forward, back, forward, back up until I feel the cold wall touch my back. She touches my check ever so lightly like she is afraid to hurts me and says “Touché, I hope we meet again my dear chasseur” and then she was gone…'

What would you do if you had to choose between love and death?
Well normal was never in Arhine's dictionary. She's has loved and lost but never once has she ever made the same mistake twice.
Xander has lost people he has ever loved and has promised to avenge their deaths.
One thing that Arhine and Xander have in common is that they are hunters and well that they are looking for answers about the same thing.... the twist well they hunt each others kind but why when they both meet do they not hate each other?
Arhine's life is at risk and those she calls her own so can Xander help or will he just sit back and watch?
(Guys I suck at descriptions and the book might just be better the synopsis, but read the book before you judge)
