Taking advantage of the Pennington School District's summer sports camp program, Zormna Clendar decides it is wise to make some distance between herself and Jennifer McLenna's parents, at least for the summer. However, she is not allowed to go alone. Jeff Streigle, A.K.A. Jafarr Zeldar, comes along to carry out his duty to protect the possible savior that he believes is a fulfillment of prophecy.

Fay Thompson moved to Crete from London to make a new life for herself on the Greek island in the sun. Over the years she built up strong friendships and established herself as a writer and reviewer of tourist resorts and excursions. It was everything she had ever wanted. She was finally in control of her life, it was organised, she knew where she stood, she was happy. Or was she?
Adam Ford was a relative newcomer to the island but decided to move his business to Crete to escape a cutthroat and soulless life in London. Now he was working on setting up a travel company but he needed someone who knew the island well to help him organise the excursions and programmes for the tourists.
Sal was a good friend of Fay’s from London. Sal always enjoyed life to the full. She had visited Fay in Crete on a number of occasions in the past and now she too wanted to enjoy the carefree Mediterranean lifestyle.
With the arrival of these two newcomers to the island, the safe orderly life that Fay was used to changed. She experienced danger, fear, love and fun, and she eventually realised that some things are worth taking a risk for.
Jamie Dutton is a seventeen year old girl. She goes home one day to discover that over the summer she will get to go to California for 2 months! But, there's a catch, she has to go with her father's, bosses, daughter, Kara and Kara's boy friend Todd. While there she finds her self rooming with guys instead! That's when Jamie meets Landon. Landon is a bad boy player who had an abusive past and still has some trust issues. And when he meets Jamie, he doesn't know what to do. Does he love her?
Opal a well rounded, 17 year old girl falls in love with a guy she met when she was 13 but soon finds out that all was not as it was in her memories.
Karina Austin's is a well known girl around her school. She also lives with her brother and his friends. They're the most popular guys at school, so who wouldn't have known her. Then one of the guys shows interest in her. She doesn't know what to do.

Why couldn't he keep his eyes off her? And why was she so unaware of his feelings for her? His girlfriend wasn't due to arrive in Crete until later that week. Maybe this was a chance for him to get closer to Sal and have a bit of adventure along the way.
