This is just a story that I wrote at school. It was quite good so I thought I might as well put it on here. Basically its a story of adventure and love, secrets and betrayal. Trust me, everone would like it.
There is a magical world in the region of Eunemphia (pronouced yew-nem-fee-a) called Chickenland, where chickens roam free. However, theses aren't any ordinary chickens, these are magical chickens. They come in all shapes and sizes, and each one is the perfect pet to someone.

Annie has just started a new high school, when she begins to recieve anonymous letters from a secret admirer, although the only thing it ever says in it is 'Luv u!'.
She decides to set out on the quest to find her secret admirer.
When Tanya starts to grow super-long hair on her arms and legs, people in her high start to point and jeer at her.
"Big foot!" They call her.
"Animal!" They call her.
Then, a mysterious person, or that's what Tanya thinks they are, who never shows their eyes to her, tells her she's a half blood.
Half blood what? Where is this place that Tanya belongs? Who is the mysterious figure? Soon, it all comes into place...
Chirp is an ordinary chaffinch in a pet store. He dreams of being a mighty eagle, free forever, and when he finally gets the chance to escape and be free, what does he do?
This is an entry to the short, short story contest. It is all based on historical events, such as World War Two, the Berlin Wall, the Industrial Revolution, Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee and the Battle of Hastings.

For generations, the three packs of wolves, Nightpack, Firepack and Forestpack, have lived like this. However, there is danger coming, and a prophecy claims that only one can stop it...

1. My parents married FIVE WHOLE YEARS after I was born.
2. They divorced two days afterwards.
3. My BFF has a GIGANTIC crush on my boyfriend, Steven, but I have already promised to him that when he proposes to me I'll say yes and after that we'll never divorce.
4. Matthew, my future brother-in-law (Stevie's brother), is obsessed with pink fluffy unicorns and I owe him something, so for the halloween disco I have to go as a pink fluffy unicorn, when Stevie and I were going to go as Frankenstein and Frankenstein's bride.
5. My Mum has won the lottery, and now everybody in school is begging for one-hundred pounds, exept for Liane (my best friend) and Stevie.
I don't know what to do! Only one thing is certain: if you read this book, you are in for some massive LOLs, drama, and Melissa Cowell!
