Whale's Discovery

Penguin and Whale's adventures have not ended. Their next adventure was "Whale's Discovery".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It was a beautiful summer day on the ocean, the sun was nice and warm, and the water was shiny and clean. Whale was swimming around, humming to himself.

 

"Wonder what Penguin is doing today!" Whale said.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Whale swam to the top, and looked around. But he didn't see Penguin.

 

 

 

Whale wondered where Penguin was, then all the sudden, Penguin jumped out of the water and surprised Whale!

 

 

 

 

                          

 

 

 

"Got ya!" Penguin laughed.

 

"Good one Penguin! How are you today?" Whale asked.

 

"I''m great! Just going out for a swim" Penguin replied.

 

So, Whale and Penguin swam along the open water. Penguin caught alot of fish along the way.  Later that day, Penguin went back to his igloo, which was on land. Whale was left with nothing to do.

 

 

 

 

He decided to swim around in the Open Water Area. And so he did...

 

 

And before long, he was peeking through the coral, at a very nice reef.

 

 

 

             

 

 

It was so beautiful! He swam into the Reef, wondering who lived there.

 

 

 

"Hello there!" A Dolphin cried as he swam up.

 

"Hi, my name is Whale, who are you?" Whale asked.

 

"I'm Manny, very nice to meet ya!" The Dolphin replied.

 

 

 

 

                

 

                

 

                      

 

"I'm very impressed by this reef" said Whale

 

"It's a great place to live!" 

 

 

So Whale had already made a new friend, and even better, he was in a new place. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meanwhile, at the edge of the Reef, two naughty sharks were up to no good! They were teasing an old, poor turtle! 

 

 

 

 

 

"Come on!" the biggest shark said

 

"Alright!" The turtle snapped back

 

The sharks were trying to take over the reef! But, at that moment, Whale and Manny swam up, and saw the sharks doing a bad thing.

 

"We must help that turtle!" Whale cried, and swam to the rescue.

 

Whale slapped away the shark closest to the poor turtle, and helped him to 

safety.

 

 

"Be nice and stay out of trouble you two!" Whale said.

 

 

 

                       

 

 

 

Whale spent another hour there at the Reef, and then headed home. He was so sad to leave, but he had to find Penguin. As he waved goodbye to Manny, he sniffed. 

 

 

He returned home, and had many adventures after that.
