TRUE LOVE


Jonathan, a senior in high school, had just gotten back from visiting his grandmother in a nursing home. She had been there about a year after having a stroke.


Her husband of 53 years, Jonathan’s grandfather had been going to the nursing home to feed her three times a day.


Jonathan said, “Mom, the kids at school talk about ‘Love’ all the time, but they don’t have a clue what it means.”


“When I saw grandpa wearing his wedding ring and holding grandma’s hand, words were not necessary to know about ‘True Love.”
