It was clear that this woman was with Michael only for his money and his belonging to the Scottish aristocracy. Good. What a disgusting life awaited her by marrying someone she didn't love!
It was my floor after all. I opened the door of my room leaning against it. I was glad that Damian got rid of such a viper. Was it possible that men were incapable of realizing what she was really like? Her beauty allowed her to hide her true nature.
Then I remembered Damian's request. I went into the shower to freshen up. I wore a lace-trimmed nightgown paired with lingerie. I turned on the television set to keep me awake. I checked messages and emails on my phone to kill time. Then I couldn't keep my eyelids open anymore. The last time I looked at the clock it was around two in the morning.
I was awakened by a few knocks at the door. As I opened my eyes, I saw the daylight filtering through the partially closed curtains. Repeated knocks on the door forced me to get up. It was then that I noticed something on my stomach. I turned and saw Adonis. He was sleeping on his stomach, half naked with his arm around me. Someone kept knocking insistently. I got up to open the door.
"I apologize for any inconvenience. Room service."
"Don't worry," I said. The waiter took the tray with the breakfast from the trolley and handed it to me.
Back in the room, I looked at that sleeping face: he was too handsome for my weak heart!
"Good morning," I whispered, leaving the tray on the bed in the space where I was a few moments before. I went to the window to open the curtains.
"Good morning, Sleeping Beauty," came a hoarse voice behind me, even more seductive.
"For the record, I tried to stay awake waiting for you. What time did you come back? I didn't even hear you come in."
"Quite late. We stayed up until 5 in the morning. I was careful not to wake you up."
"You could have woken me up," I whispered.
"Would you have wanted it?" he asked as he bit more than half a croissant in one bite.
"You'll never know," I said taking the other croissant.
"Touché!" he said with his mouth half full. I had to contain my laughter so as not to choke with food.
"Did you have fun last night?" I asked sitting on the bed.
"Yes, it was nice to reunite with all my friends."
"I am glad to hear that. I knew you would be late," I commented, pouring coffee into the cups.
"I have to admit that part of me was pushing to come back sooner," he whispered as he observed my movements. "There was something that I would have liked to do much more than being with them."
I swallowed. I knew what he meant. Just imagining it made my underwear hopelessly damp. He shouldn't be telling me these things while wearing nothing but a pair of boxers. If it weren't for the sheets twisted around his waist, I could have seen how well they fit him. Seeing him without a shirt made me excited. If only I could have admired the area covered by those boxers!
"If there is ever a next time, you'll come back earlier, and we'll see what happens," I replied. As I was about to get up Damian held me.
"I'll keep that in mind," he said with that hoarse voice. He approached slowly. I could see from his look he was overwhelmed by an intense desire.
I'm not stupid to let him kiss me with this morning breath and risk killing him.
"I think I should..." I began to say but did not have time to finish the sentence, as his lips clung to mine. The warmth of his body was transmitted through the light fabric of my nightgown.
To hell with the morning breath and the whole world! Adonis kisses tremendously well.
He hurled himself on my body and I felt all his ardor – to call it discreetly – on my weak flesh.
Oh my God! Oh God! React, Maria! Touch him! Do something in your miserable life, but don't stay still! This man is offering you a package that many would want to receive for their birthdays!
I couldn’t believe how stiff it was. Just as my hands began to feel his firm buttocks and I twisted my legs around him, someone knocked on the door – again.
Who the hell could it be? Could a lightning bolt strike down that moron who had decided to knock on our door! We both decided to ignore it. Damian placed that sinful mouth on my neck, leaving a trail of passionate kisses that made me burn more than the flames of hell.
"Why do they keep knocking on the door?"
"Argh!" Damian shouted, standing up.
Who would think to open the door wearing boxers only and with an erection in progress? Damian Devoir, of course.
"I'm sorry to bother you, but I need to talk to you," I heard Michael's voice coming from the entrance. When I saw him in our room, I blushed and instinctively covered myself with the sheet.
"I apologize. I'm sorry. I didn't know that..." he said turning his back. I saw Damian shrugging.
"I think I'll go take a shower," I said, getting up quickly and disappearing behind the door before hearing Michael apologize again.
I took a long
