We all make mistakes. Some are just worse then others. When Caroline was in primary school, she made the biggest one of her life, and it cost someone to meet with death.
To this day her past haunts her.
She can't just worry about herself. There's her "in the but out of the closet" brother, her devious little sister, her two best friends, and the rest of the idiotic town.
But what happens when a chance in the form of a teenager is given? Will she mess this up too?
A one year journey from crisis to calm documented in verse. An emotional roller coaster encompassing the feelings and emotions confronted in a time of turmoil and confusion and the necessity to make difficult decisions under stress. There is no happily ever after, but there is a return to something like normality.

They've been together for years. He wants to make it official. She wants to end it.
One story, two lives, three perspectives.
Six months after losing her best friend, Holly finds herself struggling to adjust at school as the people she once considered friends turn their backs on her. On her way home from a disastrous day at school, Holly unknowingly gets herself involved in a heated fued between two clans of supernatural beings. After being kidnapped by a clan led by a rude brooding vampire, she finds out their true identities and the clan is forced to take her in. She is issued the job of keeping an eye on the leader of their rival clan at school. As Holly becomes more and more familiar with the clan, love gets in the way of her mission. When she is forced to make a decision of where her heart truly lies, all hell breaks loose.
There was something wrong with her. I couldn't quite tell yet, but you could see it in her eyes. The pain, the truth behind the smile, it all came out in her eyes. I wish I know what to do.
