Octavia the daughter of the cesar of the Roman Empire, falls under the spell of a Gladiator named Septimus. Although trying to stay away she can't, both being pulled into each arms all they want to do is be together but Septimus must fight in the arena to survive. Octavia finds a way to give Septimus's freedom back but to do this she must sacrifice herself in the progress. With the harizon looking dark for both of them will they find a way to survie and find a way to be together or will the gods seperate them.

I suffered because I cared too much for him.
I got hurt because I protected him.
I ignored my feelings because I wanted him to be happy.
In the end I got blamed for being egoistic because it became too much. But still I love him even if he hates me. Isn't that the curse of being family? Not telling them how much you suffered for his happiness and not tell him what you did even if he blames you? Isn't that what makes you family? Is it a gift or a curse? It depends on yourself and your family!
