and looked down. The brown-haired one looked at him in confusion until she looked back at her shoulder, took her hand away and noticed the small cut. She quickly went to one of the cupboards next to Jack, opened the drawers and looked for a handkerchief. When she finally found one, she pressed it against the wound and smiled warmly. "Forget it, it's nothing serious. Let's rather think about how to get the scroll back. Jess and Saius were chasing the girl but she jumped off the bridge. I am sure she is still alive and still has the scroll with her," Roxanne spoke her thoughts and looked at Jack who could not take his eyes off the handkerchief that was slowly turning red. "Please go to our doctor. I think the wound is too deep and needs stitches. When Justin is back we will discuss this. I think we'll have to take matters into our own hands," Jack said thoughtfully and looked up at Roxanne who was taking a deep breath and wanted to continue, but she was immediately interrupted by Jack who raised his hand and told her to shut up. "Please do what I tell you. We'll talk about this later. ", sounded Jack's slightly angry voice and the young woman sighed briefly, nodded, bowed to Jack and walked towards the lift. As the lift opened, their leader watched Roxanne closely. Apparently he wanted to make sure that she would really leave. She smiled, got into the elevator, turned to Jack and said out loud, "I'm going." After these words the lift door closed and Roxanne went down. Relieved Jack exhaled, he looked up at the starry ceiling and rubbed his eyes. He had lost his temper again, this could not be true. He had hurt his best friend, who was like an older sister to him.

Roxanne sighed in annoyance, hating that Jack always worried. She knew full well that he would blame himself now. He'd go crazy and question everything. He'd fall into a hole, so to speak. The brown-haired one cursed, but if she'd just dodged better, this worry wouldn't be there. Jack would not feel guilty now either and would concentrate on the scroll. When the elevator sounded and the doors opened, Roxanne had been so deep in thought, worried about Jack, that she didn't notice that she almost collided with a young black-haired man in a suit. "Sorry," cried Roxanne and shrugged in shock when she noticed the young man and backed away. "Hey, no harm done. Is Jack still in his room?" asked the man, straightening his black hair. Roxanne nodded as she recognized the young man. It was Justin, Jack's older brother. He thanked her and scurried past Roxanne into the elevator, trying to hide the wound. "Good luck," said Roxanne and looked at the young man who pushed the button to the fifth floor and looked at her confused. When their eyes met, he nodded just to show that he understood and said, "I'll take care of him. You just take care of your arm." Roxanne flinched and cursed softly as she looked at her arm. She really couldn't hide anything very well. Justin laughed as he heard Roxanne panting in annoyance. "You know you can't hide things well from me, little one," Justin said amusedly as the elevator doors closed and he drove up. He was worried about Jack. The lift ride felt like an eternity, he just hoped that everything was okay with Jack, but he doubted it. Thoughtfully, he bit his lips and cursed loudly about the lift as it seemed to be much slower. When he finally arrived and the lift doors opened, Justin shrugged in shock at the sight of Jack. He had crouched on the floor, crying softly could be heard and he held his arms tightly, panickedly trying to cover them with the long sleeves of his shirt. Jack's older brother dropped his briefcase on the floor, hurried to Jack, sat down next to Jack on the carpet and asked anxiously, "What happened?" Jack flinched when he recognized the older voice of his brother. Jack immediately turned to him and laid his head in Justin's lap. Without hesitation, Justin began to scratch Jack's hair, which gradually stopped shaking and he slowly managed to control his rapid panic breathing. Justin, who hadn't said a word since then, continued to wait and stroked Jack's hair soothingly. His brother was supposed to tell him himself what had happened but he would certainly not push Jack to talk. He just looked at Jack for a while, staring at the wall and pulling his arms towards him. While his older brother kept playing with Jack's hair, Justin looked around. A broken vase lay on the floor and next to it was a pile of bones with ashes. The Lord sighed as he now knew exactly what had happened. He only had to put two and two together. After all, he knew his brother and his condition. "All is well," Justin gently tried to calm Jack, who turned to Justin and looked at him. "I hurt Roxanne, brother." Jack began to tell Jack and stood up in horror when he realized that he was lying on his brother's lap. He was as white as a sheet and tears filled his eyes. He was afraid of himself, Justin knew that. The past haunted Jack and it ate his little brother like poison.  "I have something for you," said Justin, and pulled out a pack of laughing gum from his pocket. A smile crept across the corners of his mouth as he saw Jack's shocked expression. "Here." He tossed Jack the pack of laughing gum, which he caught immediately. It didn't take Jack seconds to rip open the package and immediately stuff some laughing gum in his mouth. "Don't worry. Roxanne's going to the doctor," Justin tried to calm Jack, who ignored his brother and ate the gummy bear pack like a junkie. "Are you crazy? You're not supposed to eat the whole box at once," cried Justin in shock. His eyes widened and Justin wanted to rip the package out of Jack's hand, but his young brother jumped up immediately and ran around the room as fast as he could to prevent his older brother from taking the precious gummi bears away from him.

"We have something important to discuss," Jack explained in a low voice and threw the empty pack of jelly babies into a silver trash can on the left under the glass desk, which was leaning against a large aquarium. Curious, Justin looked at his little brother and took a seat on the sofa on the right next to Jack's desk. He turned his head to his leader, who couldn't take his eyes off the desk. On the desk there was a glass pen in an inkwell and countless pens in a silver pen holder, sheets of paper and letters lay scattered across the desk and Jack slowly took a seat on his black leather chair. "What is it?" asked Justin and wondered what it could be. Jack looked up and their eyes met. The leader would have liked to wait for Roxanne, but he wanted to discuss it all right now. "It's about the scroll. Jess and Saius have failed, brother," Jack explained and clenched his hands together in fists. Just hearing the names of the two men made him angry. Justin sighed annoyed, rubbed his eyes and grumbled: "What are you giving these two bastards such an order. Jack didn't go into it further, he knew his brother was right, but he didn't want to have unnecessary discussions with his older brother. Instead he took a deep breath and looked Justin in the eyes, who smiled and wanted to annoy Jack further, but he let it go when he felt Jack's serious gaze rest on him. "I want you to take over. Find the girl, but alive," Jack emphasized the word "alive" and his brother sighed in disappointment as he would have looked forward more to a hunt. He just nodded to show that he understood and rose. As he watched Jack still looking thoughtfully into the void, Justin sighed. "I can tell something's still bothering you. Your gaze is full of worry," Justin said his thoughts aloud, crossed his arms and tilted his head. His little brother bit his lips, took a deep breath in and out, looked down and when he looked back up, his eyes turned a silver tone. "Take care of yourself. I can see it's not going to be easy. There's a danger coming," Jack explained and stepped to Justin. He sighed, apparently Jack had another vision. Whenever Jack's eyes turned a silver tone, visions plagued Jack. Visions that would always come true. Jack had even foreseen the death of her own mother. But this time it was a vision that scared Jack more than ever before. He grabbed Justin's sleeve and clawed into his sleeve. "Please take care of yourself. Promise me," Jack asked in a firm voice and looked up at Justin, who was a head taller than him. He just nodded, smiled and took his car keys out of his pocket. "You know I'm always watching out. I'll bring her to you alive. I just hope the cops can keep up with me. " said Justin, amused, freeing himself from Jack's grip and walking towards the elevator. Jack gasped, his brother loved to fuck with the police with his speedster. Even though Justin was a good driver, Jack still worried about him, even though he had confidence in Justin's driving skills. When Justin turned back briefly to Jack while waiting on the lift, all he could perceive was a serious nod from Jack. It wasn't long before the lift doors opened and Jack's older brother, smiling, disappeared into the lift and went down.

Roxanne flinched when she felt the disinfectant on her wound. She looked at the nurse who was nursing her wound and put an ointment on it. "You were lucky. The cut is not too deep," her high voice said and Roxanne covered her ear with her uninjured arm. Worried, the nurse, dressed in white, looked at the brown-haired woman, put a plaster on the wound and asked, "Do you have an earache? Should I call the doctor?" Roxanne cursed loudly as she looked around the Snow White doctor's office. Tsk beds were set up and between each of the twenty beds was a medicine cabinet. Annoyed, the brown-haired woman looked at the blond-haired nurse who was smiling friendly. "I am fine. Your voice is just annoying," Roxanne said annoyed and stood up. Without another word to the nurse, she quickly looked down at her doctored wound, then the brown-haired woman rushed out of the hospital room before the nurse could stop her. She quickly closed the door behind her and looked into the great corridor of the entrance hall of the villa. There, by the golden reception table, she could see two masked men. But they were not two men belonging to her order. The receptionist was afraid that Roxanne could tell by the look of the red-haired woman. Not a soul was in the hallway except her, the woman and the two men. The brown-haired woman quickly crept up to the palm trees and hid behind one of them, standing in a row in the large entrance hall near the reception. "We want our share... Call him! Immediately!" cried one of the men, so loud that it echoed through the whole corridor. He twitched his black gun out of his belt and pointed it at the young redhead who yelled, nodded quickly and picked up the receiver of the purring phone and dialled a number as quickly as she could. Attentively and under cover, Roxanne watched the strange men, if she now intervened alone without knowing what the men were capable of, she would put
