sign of her alliance in light blue. "You should never underestimate a Phøenix, Ely," said the vice-leader seriously, flicked once and the bird dropped from Roduke, who fell to the ground gasping in pain and trembling. The bird quickly flew to Zorena and stood behind her. Its wings were wide outstretched as if the creature was ready to attack. Blue flames surrounded the bird and the silver eyes looked threateningly warning to Ely, who retreated. The black-haired one stretched out her right hand and pointed her index finger at Ely. "Do not let yourselves be seen here in our forest. You have no right to drive us away," cried the summoner in annoyance, and the phoenix fluttered its wings. Ice blue flames danced threateningly to Ely and Roduke, who had stood up again and looked at his opponent in shock. Both flinched from shock and Zorena shouted as loud as she could: "Get out! The Phoenix also cried out and flew over Zorena towards the two fighters who took flight. The vice-leader trembled, she felt herself getting weaker, lowered her hand and saw her phoenix still chasing after the fighters. His body was enveloped in blue flames that shone brightly in the night. "Go away," whispered Zorena weakened, leaning against one of the trees and sinking to the ground. She suddenly felt how exhausted she was, she couldn't move her legs anymore, lay down on the ground and closed her eyes. Slowly the bright shining sign on her forehead faded and Zorena gave in to sleep weakened. Chapter. 3.

"Come on, Nemesy. She's gotta be here somewhere. Suzuki is not sending us after her for nothing," a black-haired man with gray-green eyes said. Nemesy sighed and nodded as she followed the blood master into the forest where her vice-leader was supposed to be. She turned her gaze to look at the path and scratched the back of her hand thoughtfully as she said, "Cyson, do you have any idea where we should look for the best," Nemesy asked, bending her hands and Cyson swallowed, stopped and bowed his head. He closed his eyes and replied quietly, "No ... I have no plan. It is the middle of the night. We can't find them easily. I just hope nothing has happened to her. I can't tell my best friend that we couldn't find your wife. He wouldn't see me as a brother anymore. No matter what, I'm not coming back without Zorena. Nemesy looked at Cyson with compassion. Lucian and Zorena mean a lot to him but she knew the blood master was right. After all, Zorena was also her friend. Returning without her would not be an option. Never. "OKAY. Come on, maybe she's a bit deeper in the forest. Zorena really can't disappear now," Nemesy said convinced and went ahead. Cyson followed her a little later and looked around. Suddenly, the black-haired man stopped and looked to the right towards a forest path that shouldn't exist. "Look," he shouted startled and ran to the suspicious spot. The branches of the trees were cut up and formed a path that led deeper into the forest. "There must have been a fight here," said Nemesy and took a closer look at the suspicious spot. "This was the work of a warrior," said the experienced warrioress and ran her light brown hair over her. Cyson nodded he turned away from the spot and walked a little further along the forest path. Until he was out of Nenesy's sight, who was still searching the suspicious hole in the forest for clues. "NEMESY!! ", the fighter's voice cried out in panic and the warrior turned away from the hole and looked startled in the direction where Cyson had disappeared. She walked along the forest path and a little later met her companion who was kneeling on the ground. His hands were under the head of a black-haired woman who was unconscious and he looked up at Nemesy in terror. "Gods help! That's Zorena!" cried the warrior and hurried to Cyson. She knelt down opposite the blood master when she arrived at the unconscious woman. Carefully she grabbed the woman's legs and looked at the young man who nodded and together they carefully picked Zorena up. Slowly and carefully they walked the way back to their camp. They were lucky that their vice-leader was not so far away, so the two of them were able to bring her back quickly and take her to a doctor, in their alliance.

A blond haired man sat in a reddish brown armchair. He had folded his hands in front of his face and looked straight ahead to the locked door of his room. He had heard that Zorena had not yet returned. If anyone had done anything to his best friend They would pay for it. The members would not stop at avenging their vice-leader. The blood master rose, went to his door and opened it. A member of his Alliance was waiting in front of him, apparently about to knock on the door as he had raised his hand. "What is it Lucifer?" Suzuki asked the summoner. He bowed his head respectfully and declared, "Nemesy and Cyson have found Zorena. She was unconscious at the edge of the forest and had severe cuts all over her body. Suzuki closed his eyes and sighed in annoyance. He rubbed his eyes and said, "Thank you lucifer. When Lucian is back send him to his beloved. The member nodded, bowed again, stood up and walked down the aisle. Suzuki waited until the summoner disappeared into one of the rooms, then looked to the right and sighed as he looked to the windows. Slowly, he walked to the window, resting his arms on the windowsill. He looked out at the landscape. The moon shone brightly and made the leaves of the forest shine silver. "Why do gods happen to my members What's going on here," he asked himself quietly, turned away from the window and wanted to turn right to the common room, but a familiar panicked voice called out his name. "Suzuki, where is she?," the leader turned in surprise to see Lucian, who arrived panting beside him. His black coat with the golden buttons shimmering in the moonlight and his black pants were marked with dried mud. Apparently he ran as fast as he could after he heard about Zorena's return. "She is in the hospital room. Nemesy and Poison are with her," Suzuki explained, and without another word, the summoner rushed past his leader and ran toward the infirmary.

"Where is she," cried Lucian and opened the door to the infirmary. He was beside himself with rage, and he frantically looked around the infirmary. When he saw his beloved in one of the beds he wanted to run to her, but two strong hands held him back. "Calm down my friend! She is fine. The doctors took care of her. She needs a lot of rest now," said a calm young male voice. Hectically, the black-haired man turned around and looked angrily at a young summoner. He had blue-grey hair and wore a long blue-silver robe, starlight danced faintly around him and his worried grey gaze rested on Lucian. Like Lucian and Zorena, he was also a summoner. His name was Poison. He was a follower to the Alliance, one of four Trusted Warriors chosen by the members. "Let go of my arm. I want to see my wife," Lucian spoke seriously and gave Poison an ice-cold look. "Okay, okay," the summoner spoke calmly and let Lucian's arm go. "But remember. She can't talk to you now. She needs her strength for something else." The vice-leader nodded, looked Poison in the eyes again briefly then looked back at his wife and ran to her bed. He sat down at the edge of the bed, at Zorena's side and took her right hand. He put it into his and held it tight. It hurt him to look at her, so he only looked at her hand. He felt guilty because he could not be with her to protect her. An ominous silence prevailed, but then the summoner flinched when after a while he wondered why this happened. "This is all Suzuki's fault," he said angrily and got tears. He was afraid that Zorena's condition would not improve. "It was not his fault I think. Zorena is not weak Lucian, we both know that. I think she was attacked by a strong warrior," Nemesy said and rose from the snow-white chair that was next to Zorena's bed. "Who did this to her?" Lucian asked sinisterly and looked up from Zorena. "Revenge won't help you now, Lucian," Poison spoke seriously and went to his vice-leader. "What do you know," cried the black-haired man angrily, let go of Zorena's hand and pounced on Poison. Both men fell to the ground and Nemesy cried out in horror.

"Stop it damn it! That won't help you or your wife," cried Poison, gasping for breath in panic, and looking up at Lucian, who still looked angrily at Poison and squeezed the throat of the young summoner, who made no decent effort to resist. "I have a suggestion for you. I'll go to the people who did this to her. You are Vice and must stay here Lucian. Our members need you," Poison spoke in a crushed voice and swallowed heavily as he tried to gasp for air in panic. Lucian was surrounded by blue starlight dancing menacingly around his arm. The magic of the summoners. "You can trust me," Poison whispered softly and the vice-president breathed out annoyed. He bowed his head, let go of Poison's throat, grabbed him by the collar and pulled him up close to him. "Woe betide you," warned the black-haired, knee-jerking teeth, and looked at the young summoner, who quickly nodded to indicate that he understood, then Lucian let Poison go rudely and pushed him away from him. Poison shook his head, stumbled to the ground, but quickly rose and looked up at Lucian, who looked at him threateningly. His eyes had a dangerous red glow and Poison swallowed while an icy chill ran down his back. "I will not fail," he explained smiling to keep calm, bowed his head and walked out of the infirmary without even glancing at the warrior and summoner. Nemesy stumbled after him, closing the infirmary door behind him and holding Poison by the arm. Astonished, the summoner looked at her, making sure that the door was really closed, then she looked at him. It was only when she was certain that no one was really near her that she asked, worried, "You're really taking revenge on Synergy? Poison laughed, shook his head and replied, "I'll talk to them. I want to know why they did this. After all, they were in our territory. But I'm not going to start a war. Don't worry. The Alliance wars are enough for us." The warrior nodded confidently, she let go of his arm, thought for a moment and asked: "Should I let Suzuki know that you are leaving? Negatively, Poison shook his head and Nemesy looked at him somewhat surprised. "Tell him
